The home office of the Knights of Columbus remains in New Haven, CT. Every state has a State Deputy that works with the home office and the local councils.
Minnesota is divided into districts, each district has a deputy who takes care of 5-6 local councils. Every local council is administered by 11 officers and 3 trustees. St. Francis Xavier Church's Knights of Columbus Council is Council #1608. The officers consist of:

Trustees - Dan Perrizo, Dominic Jones, and Don Hoppe
The local council election of officers is held every June. The Council meets the 2nd Tuesday of each month. Any Catholic male over the age of 18 may join the Council by talking to any Knight with the approval of the Chaplain.
We have many projects throughout the year:
January - Youth Free Throw Contest
February - Valentine's Dinner with Spouses
March - Easter Bingo (see News area for updates)
April - Tootsie Roll Sale for Handicapped Children
May - Minnesota Convention of the Knights of Columbus
June - Election of New Officers
July and August - Preparation for Food Stand at the Cottonwood County Fair.
September and October - Planning an event for Columbus Day - October 12th.
November - Thanksgiving Turkey Bingo
December - Provide goodie bags for children after
Christmas program.
