Faith Formation Class Times - 2022-2023

Ages: 3-5 yrs. 6:30 pm - 7:15 pm, Wednesdays starting November 15th 2023 - April 24th

Grade 1 6:30 pm - 7:15 pm, Wednesdays starting November 8th 2023 - April 24th

Grade 2, (First Reconciliation/First Communion), 9:00-9:45, Sundays starting November 12th 2023 through April 28th

Grades: 3-10 6:30 pm - 7:15 pm on Wednesdays starting November 8th 2023 through April 24th

April 24th Last class for Faith Formation grades, Pre - K, 1st, 3rd - 10th grade.

April 28th Last First Communion Class

May 5th First Communion and May Crowning

Curriculum

Preschool and Kindergarten Ages 3-5

We have been working on starting a Level 1 Atrium for Catechesis of the Good Shepherd. CGS is a common religious experience, based in the Montessori method, involving children and adults in which the religious values of childhood, primarily those values of contemplation and enjoyment of God, are predominant. This experience is shared in a place particularly prepared for the religious life of children called the Atrium. We are excited to slowly begin this year. For this year, these children will meet once a month as well, at the same time as the other elementary children. If you also have older children, you are encouraged to include your preschool and kindergarteners in your home lessons.
